Feet on The Street Ministries (FOTSM) was birthed from a personal journey of redemption a native of Atlanta Ga, Founder and Executive Director, Pastor, Maurice Lattimore. After struggling with 30 years of drug use, repetitive incarceration, and homelessness, Mr. Lattimore found himself in a shelter after his fourth release from prison in 2008. With nowhere to go and burned bridges all around him, he cried out to God, asking, in this new life,"How can I be more constructive where in my past life I was so destructive?"
The answer was clear, and a mobile shower ministry was born. Pastor Lattimore remembered what it felt like to be unhoused and struggling to find a way to get clean. A simple hot shower helps restore dignity and self-esteem, and he knew that providing this small comfort to others could be life-changing.
FOTSM is more than a service—it is a sanctuary. We are a welcoming space for anyone who needs support, not just the unhoused or marginalized. Here, everyone belongs.
Maurice Lattimore is a community advocate, servant leader, and founder of Feet on The Streets Ministries, a mission-driven organization dedicated to restoring dignity, hope, and self-esteem to those experiencing homelessness and addiction. His story is one of transformation, resilience, and faith—a living testament that change is possible when God’s grace meets a willing heart.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Maurice grew up during the Jim Crow era, witnessing firsthand the struggles of inequality and hardship. What started as a vision to bring hygiene and dignity to those in need has grown into a thriving community outreach, offering food, clothing, showers, spiritual empowerment, and vital resources.
Today, Maurice sees his work as the greatest privilege God could have given him: transforming his pain into purpose and giving back to those who are where he once was. One of his greatest joys is spending time with the community, hearing their stories, sharing laughter, and making sure they know they are never alone. Maurice Lattimore’s story is more than just a personal victory—it’s a beacon of hope for those still fighting their battles. Through faith, compassion, and community, change is always possible.
Pastor Maurice Lattimore knows firsthand the power of redemption. Having personally experienced homelessness, addiction, and incarceration, he turned to God for a new path—one of service, compassion, and faith. His journey led to the creation of Feet on The Streets Ministries, where he now helps others find the strength to overcome their struggles.
We believe in seeing the individual behind the struggle, meeting people where they are, and offering genuine care and understanding.
Dignity begins with opportunity. We provide practical support—, clothing, showers, and referrals—that help individuals regain self-worth and confidence.
Everyone deserves a sense of purpose and a place to belong. We create safe spaces where individuals are valued, supported, and encouraged to grow.
Change happens when we work together. We actively collaborate with local organizations, churches, and volunteers to maximize impact and build sustainable solutions.
We don’t just serve—we strive to uplift and develop future leaders. Our goal is to equip individuals with the tools they need to transition from surviving to thriving.

He is proud to serve as Co-Chair of Feet on The Street Ministries, a cause that’s deeply personal. His journey with FOTS began over 12 years ago through a friendship with Pastor Maurice Lattimore and has since grown into a family commitment with his wife Cyndy and their four children. For him, FOTS is the most direct and meaningful way to give back to the Midtown community—providing food, clean showers, clothing, and above all, dignity to neighbors in need. The relationships formed along the way are a lasting reward, guided by the words of Matthew 25:40 and inspired by changemakers like Gandhi, whose dedication to serving others continues to fuel his own.

Rob spent over 30 years at Delta Air Lines, most recently as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where he led global initiatives to support a 100,000-person workforce and helped shape Delta’s culture of positive engagement. After moving into a new neighborhood and witnessing the needs of the unhoused firsthand, Rob felt compelled to act. When the opportunity to join Feet on The Streets Ministries arose, he jumped at the chance. For Rob, serving the community means supporting one another and working toward a better world for everyone. He describes Feet on The Streets in one word: dignity—because while the mission may not end homelessness, it helps people live with greater dignity in the meantime. One of his most memorable moments was volunteering with the shower trailer and seeing the deep gratitude on the faces of those it served. Outside of FOTS, Rob stays active with multiple nonprofits and continues to be guided by the principle: “Do unto others as you would have them do to you.” If given the chance, he’d love to have dinner with Martin Luther King Jr., whose courage and impact continue to inspire his own service.
