Pastor Maurice Lattimore, the visionary behind Feet on the Street (FOTS) Ministries, embodies a life defined by profound transformation and an unwavering commitment to service. His journey from personal struggle to profound purpose is a testament to the power of resilience and faith. Today, as a dedicated servant leader and community advocate, Maurice considers his work a divine privilege. He channels his own experiences into a powerful force for good, tirelessly working to uplift others who are navigating similar challenges. Under his leadership, FOTS has expanded its reach far beyond showers, offering essential food, clothing, vital resources, and spiritual empowerment. Maurice finds immense joy in directly connecting with the community, sharing laughter, listening to stories, and fostering a deep sense of belonging for everyone he encounters.

A producer for film and media, he has co-written several true-crime podcasts—including one that was adapted into an eight-part series for Peacock—and has produced multiple feature films. He is proud to serve as Co-Chair of Feet on The Street Ministries, a cause that’s deeply personal. His journey with FOTS began over 12 years ago through a friendship with Pastor Maurice and has since grown into a family commitment with his wife Cyndy and their four children. For him, FOTS is the most direct and meaningful way to give back to the Midtown community—providing food, clean showers, clothing, and above all, dignity to neighbors in need. The relationships formed along the way are a lasting reward, guided by the words of Matthew 25:40 and inspired by changemakers like Gandhi, whose dedication to serving others continues to fuel his own.

Rob spent over 30 years at Delta Air Lines, most recently as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where he led global initiatives to support a 100,000-person workforce and helped shape Delta’s culture of positive engagement. After moving into a new neighborhood and witnessing the needs of the unhoused firsthand, Rob felt compelled to act. When the opportunity to join Feet on The Streets Ministries arose, he jumped at the chance. For Rob, serving the community means supporting one another and working toward a better world for everyone. He describes Feet on The Streets with one word: dignity—because while the mission may not end homelessness, it helps people live with greater dignity in the meantime. One of his most memorable moments was volunteering with the shower trailer and seeing the deep gratitude on the faces of those it served. Outside of FOTS, Rob stays active with multiple nonprofits and continues to be guided by the principle: “Do unto others as you would have them do to you.” If given the chance, he’d love to have dinner with Martin Luther King Jr., whose courage and impact continue to inspire his own service.
